“We stayed at this budget hotel in a lively area. A taxi driver tried to overcharge us on arrival, but when we called the hotel, the owner, Mr Yousuf, came to help. He sorted it out and made sure we were safe, welcomed us warmly, carried our bags, and offered us coffee. The staff were kind and professional, treating us like family. Breakfast was tasty and varied, served in a cosy dining room with a fireplace. The hotel accommodated all our requests and gave us a useful map. The location meant some uphill walking, but it was good exercise and close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service.”
